Ludus now offers a comprehensive range of timber equipment ‘designed and built in house’ to our usual exacting quality. So if you live in a rural are or are simply looking for a softer feel product, Ludus is still the company for you.

Our product ranges include toddler and junior multi-play systems, swings, shelters, climbing frames and climb walls, all the usual favourites – not forgetting the agility trails also featured on this site – and the range is still expanding.

The main uprights of our timber equipment are 115mm x 115mm laminated European redwood, which allows a structural grade footing whilst giving a nice warm, chunky aesthetic feel – the best of both worlds – strength and looks. And the very nature of timber – a living interactive product, means that splitting can occur – this is drastically reduced with our laminated timber, very important when little fingers are involved.

Sourced from sustainable managed forests and FSG certificated, all our timbers are machine planed and end cuts routered to give a nice rounded edge detail.
